  • What if I forgot my username or password?

    No worries! Your username is your registered email address. To reset your password, click here.

  • How does the Best Offer Package (BOP) work?

    BOP gives loan officers and real estate agents a unique tool to set their pre-approvals and offers apart from the rest, all in one place.

    As a loan officer, you can work with your Realtor or your borrower directly to create a beautiful pre-approval package where the pre-approval letter and supporting documents are all streamlined into PDF format.

  • How do I create a pre-approval?

    Once your Realtor has requested a pre-approval, you will accept the request and gather the necessary documentation to create the pre-approval. As soon as all documentation is secured, you will click into the borrower’s name and upload all information. Click Update Status to approve the borrower and notify your Realtor of the pre-approval completion.

    You can also pre-approve your borrower if they do not have a Realtor yet. Add a borrower to create their profile, then upload all necessary information and click Update Status. This will create a pre-approval package. Click View Pre-Approval and download the pre-approval as a PDF to send to your borrower.

  • How do I edit my pre-approval once it has been created?

    If you need to go in and edit your pre-approval, you will click Update Status, choose Pre-Approval in Process and Save. This will put your pre-approval back into an editable stage so you can make necessary changes.

  • How long does it take to create a pre-approval?

    Once your documents are secured, it will take you 5 minutes or less to create a pre-approval!

  • How do I edit my profile?

    To edit your profile, click your name in the top right-hand corner and select My Account. This will take you to the account information page where you have the option to edit all fields.

  • What if I still have questions?

  • Is BOP available in all states?

    Yes, BOP is available in all states. Currently BOP is fully integrated with the following states:

    • Arizona
    • California
    • Colorado
    • Florida
    • Hawaii
    • Idaho
    • Missouri
    • Nevada
    • Oregon
    • Texas
    • Washington

    We are continually updating our state integrations, please check back often. If your state is not listed, you are still able to utilize BOP. Contact support@bestofferpackage.com for more information.

  • How can I cancel my BOP subscription?

    Monthly Subscriptions

    When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

    Annual Subscriptions

    When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

  • What if I forgot my username or password?

  • How does the Best Offer Package (BOP) work?

    BOP gives loan officers and real estate agents a unique tool to set their pre-approvals and offers apart from the rest, all in one place.

    Work with your loan officers to create a pre-approval and then put together your Best Offer Package. All the documents come together in PDF format, creating a beautifully streamlined package which you can send directly to a listing agent.

  • How do I edit my BOP after it has been created?

    If you were in the process of creating a Best Offer Package but never got around to submitting it to a listing agent, you can click into the client’s name, click View Offer, and then click Edit. This will allow you to edit any existing information.

  • I forgot to submit my Best Offer Package to the agent, now what?

    Not to worry! Click into the client’s name and then click View Offer. This will allow you to review the offer you were working on. Once you are ready, click Submit Offer to send to the listing agent.

  • How long does it take to create a BOP?

    Once your loan officer has pre-approved your client and you have all necessary information to complete an offer, it will take you 5 minutes or less to create a Best Offer Package!

  • How do I create additional offers for the same client?

    If you are making multiple offers for you client or your original offer was rejected, you can easily create another offer. Click into your client’s name, click View Offer, and then click Copy. This will copy all the information (photo, offer letter, etc.) but will prompt you to upload the new RPA contract for the next home you make an offer on. Add your final touches and then submit your next offer!

  • How do I edit my profile?

    To edit your profile, click your name in the top right-hand corner and select My Account. This will take you to the account information page where you have the option to edit all fields.

  • What if my lender doesn’t have Best Offer Package? How can I still use it?

    If you would like to use Best Offer Package and your lender is not yet on the platform, you can purchase an account. The account comes with the ability to invite three lenders to use it with. Those lenders will only be able to use BOP with you as their Realtor unless they purchase a membership.

  • How long does the free 90-day trial last?

    90 calendar days.

  • Can I get another free 90-day trial? I didn’t use it after I signed up.

    Unfortunately, only one 90-day trial per subscriber is issued. To take full advantage of the 90-day trial be sure to sign up when you know you will be available to use it fully.

  • After I signed up for the free 90-day trial when does the payment begin?

    The 90-day free trial is for 90 calendar days. On calendar day 91 your payment will be processed.

  • How do I cancel the free 90-day trial?
